Client: Sanctuary Housing.

Object: To replace rotting wooden balconies with metal ones for extra durability.

Solution: New balconies designed to blend in with surroundings, polyester powder coated finish to a colour almost identical to the original wooden ones, and were fabricated from materials of similar dimensions to the originals.
